Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Himalayan Escape Adventure and its clients. By booking a trek or tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• A 25% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the trip starts or upon arrival in Nepal.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If canceled 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees.
• If canceled 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• If canceled less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No refunds for unused services or early trip termination.

3. Travel Insurance

• All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and personal accidents.

4. Health and Fitness

• Clients should be in good physical condition for trekking.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Risk and Liability

• Trekking involves inherent risks such as altitude sickness, weather changes, and natural disasters. Himalayan Escape Adventure is not responsible for unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to safety concerns or weather conditions.

6. Guide Authority

• Our guides have the final authority in decision-making during the trek for safety reasons.

7. Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

8. Code of Conduct

• Respect local cultures, traditions, and the environment.
• Illegal activities and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Changes in Terms

Himalayan Escape Adventure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
